Change of Mind
Items that have been ordered incorrectly (“change of mind”) can be returned for a refund, minus a restocking fee. Postage costs are not refundable.
Items must be in original packaging and in brand new, unused condition.
Purchaser is to contact us for approval prior to sending item back.
Approval will only be given for up to 5 days from date of delivery.
Item must be received back within 21 days of delivery.
Purchaser is responsible for return postage costs, and safe delivery of item.
Refund will be processed after item has been checked and verified as meeting the conditions above. Timeframe for this step is within 5 business days.
We guarantee that items sold by us will be free of manufacturing faults for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.
In the event of a failure due to manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item.
